Founder | Director

Alistair, the founder of Zaju & Company, established the firm in 2018. With over two decades of experience in the planning industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to both our team and our clients. Alistair holds qualifications in Business, Financial Planning, and Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He has acted as a responsible manager, passed the financial adviser exam, and met all bridging course requirements. As a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia, Alistair ensures that Zaju & Company adheres to the highest industry standards. His leadership and innovative approach are key drivers of ours and our client’s ongoing success.

Joaquin Del Mundo

Compliance Officer/ Advice Auditor

Joaquin brings over 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in risk, compliance, and financial advice. Having recently joined the team as a Compliance Officer and Advice Auditor, he has worked across leading organisations including Insignia, Deloitte and ANZ, supporting advice review and compliance functions.
Joaquin is focused on maintaining high standards of advice quality and compliance, using his experience to support advisers, strengthen processes, and help ensure client outcomes align with regulatory and professional expectations.

With over 20 years of experience in senior roles in the insurance and not-for-profit sectors, Siobhan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. Her diverse qualifications in Marketing, Leadership and Management, and Visual Arts enable her to craft innovative, customer-centric brand, communications, and CX strategies. Siobhan is also dedicated to enhancing operational efficiencies, always ensuring the client remains at the heart of everything we do.
